The Kerala Startup Mission (KSUM) serves as the principal agency of the Kerala government dedicated to fostering entrepreneurship within the state. Established in 2006, KSUM aims to advance technology-driven entrepreneurial activities and to establish the necessary infrastructure and ecosystem to support high-tech startup enterprises.
KSUM provides a platform for aspiring entrepreneurs eager to embark on technology-oriented careers, facilitating the development of numerous innovative products and solutions. Over the last ten years, KSUM has successfully cultivated a dynamic startup ecosystem, enabling technology entrepreneurs to realize their ambitions by offering comprehensive support throughout the startup lifecycle. Currently, in collaboration with sector-specific partner organizations, KSUM proudly oversees more than 6,200 registered startups, over 1 million square feet of incubation space, more than 60 incubators, and over 525 mini-incubation centers throughout Kerala.
