Founded in 2016, Scire Science Pvt Ltd embarked on a mission to advance science and technology through research, innovation, and education. Initially focused on industry- academia collaboration, the company steadily expanded its scope, engaging in contract research, specialized training, and product development through strategic MoUs with institutions and collaborative projects. In 2020, the company diversified into the hygiene and skincare sector, leveraging a drug license to enhance its product offerings. Simultaneously, Scire Science established a state-of- the-art facility for cell-based studies, emphasizing 3D cell culture and bioprinting technologies to push the boundaries of regenerative medicine. PSL is founded by scientists with more than 25 years’ experience in the biomedical field with many scientific research publications, patents and trade secrets.

Main area of products & services

Currently PSL offers thousands of ready-to- use off-the-shelf products which includes monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies, recombinant and native proteins, assay kits and reagents for research use. We offer custom monoclonal and polyclonal antibody development services, recombinant protein services, assay development services, gene cloning, protein expression and more. In addition to research products, we are working on developing novel diagnostics and therapeutics to meet unmet medical needs.

Story of company.

PSL was founded by Dr. Sudhirdas Prayaga. He has started multiple biotech companies in the United States. His background is in immunology, virology, molecular biology and drug development. He has many scientific publications, 33 patents and numerous trade secret products in the market to his credit. Over 300 unique DNA sequences submitted in GenBank database.

He started PSL because of urging from some of his peers and teachers to give something back to home country. He noticed that India is still importing most of the ingredient which goes into diagnostic kits. He found this opportunity to manufacture these reagents in India and fill this void. This was also supported by ‘Make in India’ campaign which promoted new technologies to be developed in India.
